Anders Johnsson (born 1969) has been the organist in St. Andreas' church in Malmö since 2000, where he is responsible for a wide range of choir and music activity. He studied organ with Per Rydén, Hans Hellsten, Mikael Wahlin, Jean Boyer and finally in the soloist class at the Royal Danish Conservatory of Music in Copenhagen with Hans Fagius. His studies ended with a solo concert debut in Copenhagen in 1999. Before this he studied musicology in Lund, as well as taking a degree in church music, and baroque music at the Malmö Academy of Music. For a decade he has taught solo organ and courses in organ knowledge in the church music education at the same institution. |
